Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 7, 2026 · ParkDibs is operated by Cody Hakimian, a sole proprietorship ("ParkDibs," "we," "us").

1. What we collect

Account and contact information: your name, email address, and (if you opt into text alerts) your mobile phone number.
Watch details: the programs, parks, and preferences you ask us to monitor (for example, a program type and an age range). We do not collect names, birthdates, or other identifying information about children.
Consent records: a timestamp of your SMS consent, kept for compliance.
Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Basic technical data: standard server logs and privacy-respecting site analytics.

2. How we use it

To deliver the alerts you asked for, operate and improve the service, respond to support requests, process payments, and meet legal obligations. That's it — we do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Text messaging privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party.

4. Who we share data with

Only the service providers required to run ParkDibs: Stripe (payments), Twilio (text delivery), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (database and authentication), and our hosting providers. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes. Email hello@parkdibs.app from your account email to request deletion of your account and personal information, and we will honor it promptly except where retention is legally required (for example, SMS consent records and payment records).

6. Children

ParkDibs is a service for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Watch preferences such as age ranges are provided by parents and are not linked to any identified child.
