ParkDibs is an alert-only notification service. We monitor publicly visible program availability on the Chicago Park District's public registration website and notify you when availability appears to change for programs you choose to watch.
Availability data comes from a third-party public website that we do not control. Spots can be taken seconds after an alert, information may be delayed or inaccurate, and monitoring may be interrupted if the source website changes or becomes unavailable. The service is provided on a best-effort, "as is," "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee that you will obtain any program spot.
Current plans and pricing are shown on our home page. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Paid watches run until a spot opens, the program session begins, or the covered season ends, whichever comes first.
By checking the SMS consent box at signup, you agree to receive recurring automated availability alert text messages from ParkDibs at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
You agree not to misuse the service, including reselling alerts, using the service to build a competing dataset, or attempting to disrupt our systems or the source website. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Families enrolled in Chicago Park District financial assistance programs may request a free Season Pass by emailing hello@parkdibs.app. No forms, no questions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParkDibs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
